These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") govern the use of the online gaming platform operated under the brand name jjwwin, accessible at jjwwin.cam (hereinafter "the Platform", "the Website" or "jjwwin"). The Platform is operated by the entity holding the applicable international gaming licence under which jjwwin is authorised to offer online sports betting, live casino, slots and related gaming services.
jjwwin is an English-language platform designed primarily for players based in Pakistan. All Platform content, including these Terms, is provided in English. Where support staff may communicate in Urdu for user convenience, the binding legal text of this Agreement remains the English version.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "Account Holder") and jjwwin. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.
In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:
By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or Game stake, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, each accessible via the navigation menu of this Website.
Your acceptance is deemed continuous for as long as your Account remains open. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To open an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
jjwwin reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of Bonus Funds. Real-money winnings derived from wagers placed during an eligibility breach may also be voided.
Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited. jjwwin may use technical measures, device fingerprinting and document-matching to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate Account discovered will be closed immediately, and any Balance within it may be forfeited.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You must notify jjwwin promptly if any registered details change. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jjwwin will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access attributable to your failure to maintain credential security. Where multiple individuals in the same household register Accounts, jjwwin reserves the right to request additional verification to confirm each Account is operated by a separate, independent individual. Shared IP addresses or payment methods may trigger additional KYC checks.
jjwwin is obligated under its licensing conditions to conduct identity, age and source-of-funds verification on Account Holders. KYC checks may be triggered at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following unusual account activity, or at any time at jjwwin's reasonable discretion.
jjwwin may request any combination of the following:
Withdrawals may be held pending successful completion of KYC verification. jjwwin will not be liable for any delay in processing withdrawals caused by a Player's failure to provide requested KYC documentation promptly or accurately.
All Account Balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change. Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by jjwwin at the time of the transaction. jjwwin does not accept deposits from third parties — funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds; (c) the absence of any outstanding compliance or fraud review. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page. jjwwin reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawals above certain PKR thresholds.
The Platform operates in PKR. Exchange rate fluctuations, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Player. jjwwin is not responsible for any fees charged by a Player's bank or payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.
An Account becomes dormant if there is no login or transactional activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. jjwwin may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable licensing rules. jjwwin may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards or other incentives ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general Bonus Terms set out in this section.
Unless stated otherwise in the Promotion-specific terms, Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them are subject to a Wagering Requirement before withdrawal can be requested. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be clearly displayed on the relevant promotion page. Figures shown in promotional materials are illustrative examples and do not constitute a guarantee of any specific bonus amount.
jjwwin reserves the right to withdraw Bonus Funds, void related winnings and suspend or close an Account if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged wagers solely to fulfil Wagering Requirements; opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
Bonus Funds not utilised within the period specified in the relevant Promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Account Balance. jjwwin is under no obligation to notify a Player before Bonus Fund expiry, though reasonable efforts to do so may be made.
All bets and game stakes placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant Game, sport or market. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Game-specific rules, the Game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that Game only.
Cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, ICC tournament matches and bilateral series — are among the primary sports betting markets available on jjwwin. Markets are also available for football, UFC events and other sports. Settled odds and market rules are final once a market is declared settled by jjwwin. jjwwin's decision on settlement is final in the absence of a manifest error.
jjwwin reserves the right to void any bet or gaming transaction that was the result of a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrect odds caused by technical malfunction, typographical error or data-feed failure. Players may not knowingly exploit manifest errors. Any winnings derived from an identified manifest error will be voided.
Maximum payout limits per bet, per Game session and per day may apply and are displayed in the relevant Game or market rules. jjwwin reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual Player at its discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
jjwwin reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated transactions and to report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to its design, software, text, graphics, logos, game content and audiovisual elements, are owned by or licensed to jjwwin. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or exploited for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of jjwwin.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only, subject to and in accordance with these Terms. This licence terminates automatically upon closure of your Account or breach of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjwwin, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.
jjwwin does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may cause temporary service unavailability. jjwwin will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jjwwin's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
jjwwin is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion, all accessible from within your Account settings. These tools are available to all registered Players at no charge.
jjwwin is strictly for adults aged 18 and over — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Use of the Platform by minors is prohibited. If you believe a minor has accessed the Platform using your Account, contact support immediately.

jjwwin reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC; suspected fraud or money laundering; receipt of a self-exclusion request; or in compliance with a directive from a relevant regulatory or law-enforcement authority.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure request, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Platform terminates. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 10, 11, 12 and 15 — shall continue to apply.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjwwin holds its gaming licence.
Nothing in this clause limits jjwwin's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan are reminded that this governing-law clause does not exempt them from compliance with applicable Pakistani law.
jjwwin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, jjwwin will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address on record or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.2.
